Customer care is our culture! B-Connected is a Belgian contact center, growing and growing with clients in sectors like energy, telecom and banks, but we still operate like one big family. Everyone is welcome here, as long as you’re willing to develop and take your responsibility.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Project Manager. You basically lead your own little company, within the company. You direct and advice your own team. If anyone has questions or challenges, you help them solve it. You really get the clients and are able to translate their questions to concrete solutions. If you are interested in this position, we would appreciate it if you:

• Have a bachelor or master diploma
• Are fluent in Dutch and French
• Have commercial skills
• Can communicate really well (since you will communicate with communicators)
• Have a hands-on-mentality
• Are a flexible and social colleague as we highly value our family-feels
• Don’t feel stressed out easily
